- information you send directly if you contact Shipper Club for support or questions
How data is collected
Data is collected through the current operating flows of the site:
- when you begin or complete checkout through Creem
- when Creem sends webhook events confirming payment or access changes
- when site usage is measured through Vercel Analytics
- when you contact OrcDev directly
Why we use your data
Your data is used to operate and improve Shipper Club, including to:
- process purchases and manage memberships
- grant, maintain, revoke, or restore access where appropriate
- support members and respond to inquiries
- prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse of the service
- understand how the site is performing and being used
- maintain records required for operational, accounting, or legal purposes
Third parties and processors
Shipper Club uses a small set of service providers to operate the service. At the time of writing, those include:
- Creem for payment, checkout, and payment-related events
- Neon / Postgres for storing membership and transaction-related records
- Vercel, including Vercel Analytics, for hosting and basic analytics
- Discord may be used as a community platform for member access and participation where applicable
These providers process data on behalf of Shipper Club under their own terms and privacy commitments.
